Test Kit: Calcium

The Waterbox Calcium Test Kit delivers quick, reliable testing to measure calcium (Ca) levels in saltwater aquariums. Calcium is essential for coral skeletal growth, invertebrate shell formation, and the development of coralline algae. When levels drop too low, coral growth slows and overall reef stability can be affected.

Maintaining calcium within the recommended 420–460 ppm range supports strong coral structure, vibrant coloration, and a balanced relationship with alkalinity and magnesium. Regular testing alongside alkalinity and magnesium helps maintain a balanced and thriving environment.

Each kit provides enough reagents for roughly 55–65 individual tests.
